These terms apply to your use of the PowerRep app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Estimates can be wrong
Nutrition values come from our food library, Open Food Facts (a community database) and AI estimates of photos. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, so check values that matter to you.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app. For example, don’t try to access other people’s data, interfere with the service, reverse-engineer it to abuse the services it uses, or upload unlawful or offensive content (including in meal photos or food names). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Your content
The data you log is yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the app to you, as described in the privacy policy.
Third-party services
Some features rely on Google Firebase, Google Gemini and Open Food Facts. Their availability isn’t guaranteed, and features that depend on them (such as AI photo logging, which has a daily limit) may sometimes be unavailable.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for injury, loss of data or other damage arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
